1/ All new machines carry a 12 month guarantee.
2/ All reconditioned machines carry a 6 month guarantee.
3/ The guarantee runs from the date of invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the faulty machine.
4/ Machines returned under guarantee will be replaced or repaired at the company's discretion.
5/ All out of guarantee machines and machines bought elsewhere, will be quoted for repair.
6/ Accessories supplied with reconditioned machines may vary in specification from the original new machine.
7/ Unrepaired machines will be returned at the customer expense.
8/ If you find that you need to return an item to us for any reason, you will need an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) Number.
Please Email or phone us with details of the problem.
We will discuss the problem with you and Issue you with an RMA Number if necessary. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
9/ Goods ordered in error must be returned within 7days. Refunds will only be issued on receipt of returned goods.
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to cover postage, transaction charges and handling.
10/ Please make sure that all returned items are properly packaged, as machines received in a damaged condition, will be charged accordingly.
11/ All returns, for whatever reason, are at the customer's expense.
12/ Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time will not be considered.
13/ Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging so that the cause of the damage can be assessed.
