1/ All new machines carry a 12 month guarantee.
All reconditioned machines carry a 6 month guarantee.
Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not include physical damage or damage caused by battery or water corrosion.
2/ Next Day Delivery should be booked before 1pm
We will make every effort to process orders placed after this time, but they may not be dispatched until the following day.
3/ Accessories supplied with reconditioned machines may vary in specification from the original.
4/ The guarantee runs from the date of invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the faulty machine.
5/ Machines returned under guarantee will be replaced or repaired at the company's discretion.
6/ All out of guarantee machines and machines bought elsewhere, will be quoted for repair.
7/ Unrepaired machines will be returned at the customer expense.
8/ Items purchased in error can be returned within 7 days at the customers expense.
We may charge a handling fee to cover the cost of order processing and postage.
9/ Do not, under any circumstances, return items without contacting us first.
If you find that you need to return an item to us for any reason, you will need an RMA
(Returned Merchandise Authorisation) Number.
Please Email us with details of the problem.
We will then advise you of the refund amount, Give you of the return address and Issue you with an RMA Number.
This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging.
You must obtain an RMA Number before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
10/ Refunds with be issued on receipt of returned goods.
We will refund the cost a the item. Not the postage costs.
Please make sure that all returned items are properly packaged, as Machines received in a damaged condition, will be charged accordingly.
11/ All returns, for whatever reason, are at the customers expense.
12/ Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
Claims made after this time will not be considered.
